Incorporating self-myofascial release and sequential total-body warm-up, we review basic functional movements (lunging, squatting, single-leg deadlifts, proper pushup form) to complete a timed interval-based workout using kettlebells, bands, ropes, and suspension trainers.</p><p>Challenge your cardiovascular system, fire up your core, and best of all have a blast in this high-energy circuit style class!</p>This Level 1 option is especially for students unfamiliar with circuit training.</div>

Taught at a slower pace than an All Levels class, Align &amp; Refine is meant to challenge you (expect to sweat!) while focusing on precision and stability.</div>
  • 8:00 - 9:00 PMMeditationWilliamSouth Boston Yoga<div>Time dedicated to serenity and stillness. All levels are welcome. Typically begins with a gentle led breath or relaxation exercise followed by seated silence and occasional periods of walking meditation.</div>
