"Yoga in Greece to find a little peace"
Epidavros, Argolis, Greece, Sat June 2nd - Sat June 9th, 2018
Join Todd and Antonio on yet another epic adventure in the Mediterranean! This time around we are going to stay at Hotel George (this link is informational only, do NOT register at the hotel website, register with WeTravel below) in the picturesque town of Epidavros. This is going to be the quintessential Greek experience. This ancient fishing village is completely unspoiled from mass tourism. Whether you are looking to lounge on a nearby beach or walk through ancient ruins in between yoga and Pilates sessions, there will be something for everyone. Also available is fishing, boating, kayaking, bush walks, archeological walks, and mountain biking. Also scuba, and paragliding.
If you are interested in arriving early and spending time in Athens, we recommend Acropolis Hill Hotel. It's an amazingly located hotel in the heart of Athens. Also, we plan on offering 2 excursions during the retreat: one to ancient ruins and the other is most likely going to be a boating excursion to the nearby islands. However, both are TBD and will be optional.
There are 3 different options for accommodations. You can select a private single, a private double (you are signing up with a friend/significant other), or a single in a group room (2/3 people). However all rooms are spacious with private bathrooms in each room/suite. The views of the water from the rooms are spectacular, the Hotel is literally 15 feet from the edge of the water.
$500 deposit is due ASAP to hold your space.
Included with registration are three daily meals, accommodations depending on your selection, airport transfers and daily yoga and pilates classes. NOT included are off-hotel meals (if you choose to go off on your own), airfare, optional excursions and activities.

The retreat center is on mainland Greece so easily accessible from the Athens International Airport. The retreat will beging in the afternoon on June 2nd, so we recommend arriving early that day into Athens for transport, or arrive a day or two early and enjoy Athens as you recover from travel. Once registered, we will arrange airport transfers by Limo or Train for all participants.

Antonio is mat Pilates certified through the Equinox Training Institute in Boston (and Yoga certified through South Boston Yoga). His Pilates journey began in college when he was looking for ways to gain a competitive edge and realign the damage done to his body on the tennis court. After a short stint playing APT satellite tournaments he transitioned from the grind on the court to the grind in the office. With Pilates always being in his heart, and with the support of Jennifer Phelan, he decided to follow his Pilates passion and pursue a formal certification.
Antonio loves to layer strength-building movements with classical Pilates principles to strengthen his students’ bodies and minds and to give them an enhanced physical awareness and confidence.
